Your Servants Prayers

Heavenly Father,

As we kneel at the foot of the cross, we recognize the depth of your love.

We are slowly coming to realize the magnitude of Jesus's sacrifice.

We see that you are all merciful and patient with Your flawed creation.

In your love, You made a way for us. Christ is the way.

We understand that while we were suspended over the pit. You chose to lift us,

not discard us.

As sinners in the hands of our angry God, You chose mercy.

You continue today as you did in the beginning, when you made clothes for your rebellious children in the garden, knowing and providing what we need before we know it is needed. There is no need to cry, "Abba Father", because there is no longer the longing and desperation of a lost child, only the peace of Christ infused into our hearts, minds, and souls.

We pray for those whom You have yet to reach.

We pray they will be called to Your table, and that we may be the vessels of mercy You choose to bring about this miraculous transformation.

We worship you, give you our thanks, and feeble praise, hoping that we too will hear, "Well done, my good and faithful servant."

In the beautiful, merciful, all-powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus, we pray, Amen.
