“He is your praise. He is your God, who has done for you these great and terrifying things that your eyes have seen.” (Deuteronomy 10:21 ESV)

God has blessed me yet again. A loved one who was very sick in a state of psychosis was healed. In their rational state, they told me Christ stood before them and healed them. I know what you are saying, they were in a psychosis. When I spoke with them, they were completely rational and lucid. We discussed this in great detail, and I must trust my faith in God. Christ healed Him. The dramatic change in a matter of hours cannot be explained by the doctors or anyone. Honestly, it was explained by the one who was healed.

Why? Why, when faced with the work of God, many choose not to believe? This world has not changed in two thousand years. Christ still heals. He still cares for and loves us. Two thousand years ago they said Christ healed with devils and demons, witchcraft, and other demonic things. Today, it is just flat-out denied.

I have witnessed two miracles in my life; the first was when my wife survived a health emergency, one she should not have survived. Every doctor said there was no answer, and it was a miracle. Today, the one I just described for you. The only difference was in today’s healing, there was a direct attributing of the healing to Christ by the one healed.

My Brothers and Sisters, God still heals, He still makes miracles happen. It has nothing to do with how much you tithe, how devoted you are, or even if you know Him (remember the man at the pool of Bethesda). We must understand that God does not always heal or make miracles happen. We are blessed when He does, but only He decides when He will. I do believe worship and prayer are necessary. That we ask God for that healing. Ultimately God's plan for each person determines God's decision.

We know that God can heal, that He can make that miracle happen. We just need to remember God’s sovereign will, will be done, and if God doesn’t heal, we will love Him anyway. When we are saved, we are blessed either way. If God heals, we are extended here on earth, a blessing (most of the time). If God doesn’t heal, He is ready for us, and we are ready for Him, and we will stand transparent before our God accounting for our life. We are transparent in that God knows everything we have done in our lives. He sees right through us. Either way, we are blessed.

Peace and Grace!
