Take Rest in the Lord

Lord, I am tired. Life is going quickly, and I am just trying to hold on. I am weary and concerned when I look to the future and think about all that is coming. Lord, I know I am to trust You through this. I know I am to surrender this weariness to You. It is now I turn my troubles and fears over to you. Fill me with Your strength and mercy. Please fill me with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Please fill me with your love and grace. Lord, help me find moments today of rest and rejuvenation. Thank You that You never abandon us in the course of our trials. Thank you for your everlasting faithfulness; your steadfast love gives us assurances to wipe away all troubles. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
