Lord, We Pray...

Father,
We worship and glorify You, for You alone are worthy of such praise, You alone are righteous beyond our understanding. We are grateful for Your patience and mercy, for we are weak in nature.
Lord, cast your eyes upon us, let the light of your glory lift the darkness from our souls. Fill us with Your holy love, open our eyes and ears to the wisdom of Your Word. Our hearts' desires, both good and evil, are known to you. Forgive our shortcomings and strengthen us through the Holy Spirit. We pray You will continue to perfect in us what You began with our salvation and what Your Spirit has awakened in us.
We seek your face, Lord, turn it not from us, but look with love and grace upon your children. With this, our longing will be satisfied, and our peace made perfect. Let us reflect Your light, and Your glory to the nations.
In the precious name of Christ Jesus, we pray, Amen.
