"Kindly Make Me"

O Lord, Merciful Father, and one true Living God,

It is You who has mercy upon all, takes away from me my sins.

It is You I worship, You who mercifully ignite in me the fire of Your Holy Spirit.

It is You I glorify, You who takes away from me the heart of stone, and mercifully gives me a heart of flesh. It is You who gives me a heart to love and adore You, a heart that delights in You above all things.

It is You who gives me the need and desire to follow and to enjoy You because my peace and contentment are derived from You.

Lord, continue to fill me more and more until I overflow with holiness, as I grow in sanctification, until I am seen in your image, until my work here in your name is completed, and You call me home.

Father, what I am not, kindly make me for the sake of your Son. Amen
