I Give Up!

Father God,

I give up my life and completely submit to your Lordship. Help me to trust in where You have placed me. Abba, forgive my rebellious spirit. I pray You will send the Spirit to teach me to be submissive and respectful to those in authority over me. Lord, help me continue to be a light in our dark world; let the blinding light of my Savior Christ radiate from my heart. Give me eyes to see and ears to hear those around me who need the truth of Your Gospel. Help me to prophesy and give me the words the one needs to turn their face back to you. Father, I thank You for Your great love and tender mercy toward me, especially in times of distance and failure.

In the glorious name of Your son, Christ Jesus, I pray, Amen.
