"I am the resurrection"

"Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live." (John 11:15 ESV)
Do you know where you will spend eternity? This life is not the end; we are just passing through, and not for very long. Do you understand the reality of hell? Jesus, more than anyone in the Bible, tells us about hell. As with hell, Jesus also talks about heaven and the House of God with multiple rooms: "Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? " (John 14:1-5)
When our time in this world is over, we are not given a warning. No email, text message, or phone call. God calls, and you go. Where you go depends on Jesus Christ. My friend, Jesus Christ is the risen Son of God. God loves His human creation so much that He sent His only Son into this world, clothed in human flesh, to satisfy God’s wrath against human sin. (John 3:16-17) In His death on the cross our sin debt was paid. In His resurrection we who believe are also resurrected to eternal life.
Born of a virgin, as Scripture foretold, Jesus came to preach that He, the Word of God, had come near. He had come so that those who believe in Him will be forgiven their sins and receive eternal life. In John 14:6, Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.) Jesus also said, “For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.” (John 6:40)
Hell is real; so is heaven. God calls those He has elected His own. What did you come In Messiah seeking? Information about Jesus? Something in Scripture that told the truth about Christ? Or did you come here seeking forgiveness in the eyes of God? All these things are here, but you need to ask Christ to come into your life, to forgive you, and to save you from your sins.
A true and genuine heart seeks God's forgiveness for the wrong things one has done in their life. God forgives those who believe in Christ and pray with a humble heart for forgiveness. God forgives those who believe.
Our days in these bodies are numbered. When God calls you, and He will, when you stand before Him, what will He say: “Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matthew 25:23) or “ I never knew you; depart from me, you worker of lawlessness?” ( Matthew 7:23)
Seek Christ and find life.
Grace and Peace
