Happy Mother's Day

Father God,

Thank you for your mercies and your blessings. Lord, I pray you will bless all mothers this Mother's Day. If they are with their children, let them overflow with joy and happiness. If they are separated from their children, let them know deep in their hearts that they are loved and appreciated for all their sacrifices.

The work of a mother is never done. On this day, Lord, I ask that the blanket of your love envelop each mother in your peace, your rest, and your mercies. Your yoke is light, Lord. May the yoke of each mother be lifted for today, that they may be filled with the Holy Spirit, and that they rest easy in your arms.
