Faith and Strength

Father, I ask You for a fresh vision of what faith and strength will look like in my life. Help me to pursue sanctification while I wait for the coming of your glory. In the middle of this storm, show me how to float above the turbulence. Help me to enjoy the mercies and grace You prepare for me while I stand for You on this spiritual battlefield. I want my whole life to testify that there's a God in heaven who knows my name and who will get me safely home. Fill me in awe of Your love and power. Send the Spirit that I may discern the works of Satan, his lies, and those who walk in darkness. Though I struggle against the strings and traps of the enemy, help me to discern when to rest, when to feast, and how to actively engage my faith as I eagerly wait for Your return or my calling home, whichever You planned for me before the creation of the world. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen
