A Sabbath Prayer

Father, it is you who made the Sabbath special. The Sabbath is your day, a day of rest. Lord grant us a Sabbath to spend in peace with friends and family. I pray that the Spirit will bring forth peace beyond our comprehension. Lord, grant us peace with our friends and family and our friends. Let us worship You so that Your glory is revealed to those around us. Help us, Lord, to live a life centered on Christ. Grant us Your grace that we may rest in Your arms, all the while knowing that Our satisfaction in You most glorifies You.
