Pray

" Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving." (Colossians 4:2 ESV)

Merciful Father,

In these past days, Lord, we have been humbled and grateful for the abundant opportunities to pray for your intercession on behalf of many. We have prayed for our brothers and sisters who are ill and in need of your comfort. We have reached out to the homeless providing the good news of the gospel praying for their relief, and we have prayed for those who struggle with repetitive sin. We have lifted up those saints who face the challenges of age and health, and those who are burdened by financial stress. We are thankful for the chance to be a part of their journey with you Lord.

Abba, you see and know all things. You have power over all things. We pray, Lord, that your will be done. That your plan for each of your children will come to pass. Lord, we pray for your grace and mercy. We pray for your intercession and mediation, and we pray for your strength. Lord, we pray that your will be done and that your plan for each of your children will come to pass.

Father God, bless your children for their devotion, worship, and praise. May we glorify you, Father, as we are most satisfied in you. Father, you have given all things, and all things are yours. Blessed be your name.
